The financial committee has fiduciary duty to ensure the financial matters of the organization are in line with the mission of that organization. Our duties are:
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Prepairing the financial statement to be presented to the annual general meeting
- Budgeting and anticipating financial issues
- Safeguarding the association assets
- Complying with the German regulating laws
- Over view the memberships and the payment of the membership fees
