This committee support the female colleagues in their issues facing discrimination in work places and in the society, either cause of sex or cultural discrimination. This committee collect useful information and advices and try to advice our female colleagues in their everyday problems.

We aim at helping in the integration process in this new society and to build bridges among the cultures.

The committee organizes meetings for the colleagues to get to know each other and to have the opportunity to exchange experiences and helpful advices.

We try to find successful ways to manage career and family, so that the women in our society will have a fair chance to advance in their career without paying a high price privately.
